It's All About Amsterdam
Amsterdam was a last minute trip but aren't all the best ones. We woke up early January with the horrible weather, getting up for at 6 am for work and returning home all in the dark. So as you can imagine when we we saw cheap return flights for £30 and AirBnB being the best travel invention since flight we didn't waste anytime. Two weeks later stein in hand and watching the cyclists go past sitting there thinking that this is way better than being in work! In five days we crammed in everything Amsterdam has to offer one of the best places we visited was Ajax football stadium. As I am not a huge football fan I was hesitant but it was so much fun the arena itself is worth the visit never mind learning about the legacy of some of the teams legends. Another top tip is a canal cruise its a tad expensive but its a great way to get a bearing of the city and to see the landscape from a completely different perspective.
