It's All About Student Radio Awards

As many of you might already now student radio has been a huge part of my University experience hosting a weekly show with my pal Maddy for two years now. 2018 called for a lot of changes including my graduation as well as the end to 'Scouse 2 South' (our cheesy show name) gracing the airwaves every Friday evening! I have learnt so much from my time with University Radio Nottingham I could fill text books, but the greatest thing is working alongside some super creative people and interacting with you guys listening. The experience was topped off when at this years Student Radio Awards I was a part of a wonderful team who won a gold award for Best Entertainment Programming! What a way to celebrate one of the greatest things I ever got involved with even how nervous I was at the beginning!
