It's All About Chester Zoo Again

If you follow my blog you have probably guessed by now that I love Chester Zoo! So when the Lantern Parade returned this year couldn't resist going back! We ended up going out to the zoo in the day, going for a 'cheeky' Nandos and then returning to the Zoo for Lantern Walk. 

In the day, We were surprised that most of the animals where outside considering it was the 13th of December. Another plus of going in winter is that the Zoo is empty so I didn't feel guilty standing at the front of the giraffe enclosure for 20 minutes!

The Parade this year was bigger and better with light displays, interactive activities and life size lantern garden of many of the animals living in the Zoo! The hot chocolate was really good too, but I can only describe it so much next year get yourself down there!
